The association's insurance agent has asked that we let all current and future homeowners in Princeton Woods know that all residents need an HO3 insurance policy to cover their unit.   Please ensure that you have enough coverage for your unit.   Homeowners are responsible from the bottom of the foundation to the top of the roof (including the roof).

Please note that an HO6/Condo insurance policy will not cover the entire structure.

It is strongly encouraged that all current homeowners reach out to their insurance agents and ensure that everyone has adequate coverage.
